Sheive Land Surveying is located in the Town of Dryden, Tompkins County, New York
Primarily serving Tompkins, Cortland, Cayuga, Seneca & Tioga Counties.

Services Provided:

Boundary Survey: a survey to establish the boundaries of a given property.

Mortgage Survey: simple surveys that determine land boundaries and building locations. They are usually required by title companies and lending institutions when they provide financing to show that there are no structures encroaching on the property.

Topographic Survey: land surveys which locate natural and man-made features including elevations which are then presented as contour lines on a map. These maps provide engineers with existing site information and aid them with their design.

Construction Layout: Stakeout and as-built of infrastructure, grading, and buildings.

Elevation Certification: an elevation certificate is required by FEMA in order to get a LOMA and to determine the proper flood insurance rate.
